Virtual CTO vs fractional CTO: what's the difference? +
They overlap a lot. "Virtual" means I work remotely. "Fractional" means I work part time. My work is both: part time, remote, and hands-on.
Can a virtual CTO really manage our developers? +
Yes. Checking code, planning sprints, and setting standards all work remotely. It just needs a real weekly rhythm behind it. Most tech leadership today happens this way anyway.
What tools do you use to stay in touch? +
